I like the flavor of these, and I make sure to keep the jar tightly shut so they don’t get stale. I’ve been using them for three months but haven’t noticed a difference in my hair, skin, or nails. That said, I do get my nails powder-dipped, which might be affecting my nail strength. Not sure if these are making an impact, but they taste good!

I love how many come in a bottle, it's a sweet strawberry flavor, and they don't upset my stomach. Definitely recommend it if you want to take more biotin.

I have been on this product for a year-and-a-half or maybe longer, but recently I purchased two bottles of your gummies Hair Skin and nails and both of the bottles had what seemed to be very old chewables in them. They are dry and have stuck together and can't hardly get them out of the bottle. Normally I don't have this problem, and I know obviously the retailer has not rotated stock. If youre an adult taking gummie vitamins theyre a great choice and dont taste horrible! I want mile long hair and feel like my nails have been growing like crazy.
