I definitely noticed a difference in my hair and nails. I could definitely see more shine in my hair, and in fact, was even complimented on it! The most noticeable change I saw was in my nails. For the first time ever they grew long and strong! As far as my skin, I didn't necessarily notice any big visibly, but it was a bit softer to the touch. Added bonus, the gummies taste good!
