Nature’s Bounty gummies vitamin for nails , skin and hair taste great with strawberry flavor. One per serving is 2,500 mcg biotin and only 4% of sugar not too sweet and I love it so much . And easy taking everyday without water , love it so much ! Good value for the money.

I have use this product for 21/2 months now and I don't know if there is a change. Iv been waiting to notice.. maybe I have to just use it longer and I will start to see results. On the label there is not very much nutritional value there is only 1250 mcg of biotin.. not very much... this suckers are filled with fillers like juice and corn syrup. I think it better to take a multi vitamin.. they aren't more expensive but are healthier overall. Pro... taste and price.

In my experience not all gummies taste that great, but these really do taste good and they are soft, not super chewy. I loved receiving a full sized complimentary bottle and will probably start purchasing them from now on. Who doesn't like amping up their hair, skin and nail game?!

I took this for better nails and hair. I’ve had problems with them being pretty weak and fragile due to some stuff. At the first week it doesn’t seem much difference, but after a couple of weeks I’ve noticed a small difference in how it feels and look.
