I have not used it long enough to notice much difference on my hair, but I noticed immediately that my nails were fantastic and feeling so much stronger and smoother than they were before. I was really happy about this because I had been looking for something to use for my nails and this was totally unexpected for it to not only benefit my nails, but to heal them completely! And they taste good too.

It taste just like candy. It doesnt leave an after taste either. Im actually gonna get another bottle once this runs out.

They taste great, dont leave any weird aftertaste, and I feel like Im eating candy rather than a vitamin. My only complaint is that they feel slightly gritty when chewing but its not enough that I wont continue using them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Consistency and texture was good, they aren't the type of gummies to stick in your teeth which is a deal breaker for me. They taste OK, not horrible but not too bad however, I feel like the actual sugar content could be decreased. With sugar and corn syrup being the first two ingredients on the list, I just feel like I'm eating a candy and not a useful supplement. In terms of use, the only real change I see are my eyelashes that are growing longer. Other than that, my nails and hair are growing at about the same rate as before. Maybe they didn't work immaculately for me, but they could for someone else!
