I have been taking this brand of collagen capsules before. Recently, I tried strawberry-flavored gummies. *strawberry flavor is good,I usually take 2 pills after meal. It's a bit like eating QQ candy, sour and sweet, with high content of collagen, biotin, and added antioxidant vitamins C and E. *It can provide nutrition to hair, skin and nails, can make nails shiny and hard, nourish skin, solve skin dullness and yellowing, improve hair quality, and say goodbye to oiliness, dryness and brittleness.

I've been looking for something to help my hair and nails condition for a while. These are great and really do help! My nails don't break as easily and my hair seems stronger and shinier. They are great value for money. Taste isn't too Bad. Definitely recommend

I ate these with nothing else and it gave me heartburn and gas. I have yet to see a boost in my hair and nail growth. My hair and nails grow fast already so I wonder how much they will grow after a month of continued use! This product is very affordable and its a whole months worth!

I can't tell if my hair has grown or not since I'm wearing a protective style but these vitamins are great, and they taste good.

I found the taste really good, and the smell to not be too overwhelming! My hair hair and skin look so much better now, but I will definitely switch back to my collagen one.
