Have been using them for a month now and my nails feel stronger. My hair has also grown a little. I will keep on using them and see what happens.

i noticed a HUGE difference in my nail structure and strength taking these. the quality of them are great, the only downside i’ve noticed is it doesn’t effect all three hair skin & nails your body kinda takes to what needs it. packaging is a little bulky but you get a good amount for the price

I took vitamins in the past but its been a long time I wanted to start over again so free bottle of natures bounty gummies from influenster comes very handy! First youd notice the bottle is child proof what is very important for me as a mom of a curios toddler. I really love how subtle the color of these is, it is strawberry flavored but thanks it is not crazy red vivid dyed color! I really dont like a lot of dye in anything that goes to my mouth. They also taste great, not too sweet and dont have a medicine taste to it and they dont leave an unpleasant taste and feeling in your throat as some vitamins do to me. They are basically like a gummy candy. Ive been taking them for less than a month so its really too early to say if they affect my health. So far I like them and havent noticed any negative effects on my body. I got this product as complimentary for tasting purposes.

I like the flavor of these, and I make sure to keep the jar tightly shut so they don’t get stale. I’ve been using them for three months but haven’t noticed a difference in my hair, skin, or nails. That said, I do get my nails powder-dipped, which might be affecting my nail strength. Not sure if these are making an impact, but they taste good!

I rated 4 stars because I generally dont like to take gummy vitamins, I feel like capsule vitamins work faster. But these actually worked pretty well. My nails grew longer and so did my hair. My mom loved these as well.

Ive used these for about a month now and I havent noticed my hair growing out more than usual, I got my hair done right when I started using these so its easy to see how much growth Ive had. Every 6 months I have about 2.5 inches of hair growth so Ill continue use over the next few months and update to see if it helps with extended use. These taste very good though I will say
