I have been using these hair skin and nail gummies for the last 3 years, they really do work!! Before I found these gummies, my hair wouldn't grow past my shoulders. Now- it's half way down my back I will always love these tasty little bites of magic.

This is the perfect size to keep from having to go to the store every week. They taste like candy and have vitamin c, vitamin e and biotin. These are a new favorite of mine and I will purchase and look for other vitamins in gummy form in this brand. When they taste so good like candy you will rarely forget to take cause you look forward to them as a treat. I received these complimentary from influenster but that doesn't affect my review.

I picked these of because everyone was raving about the skin, hair & nail vitamins that I thought I would give them a try myself honestly I was not impressed I don't feel like they did anything really did not see a change could be I did not use the product long enough just got bored of taking them.

They arent super pricy and you can pick them up pretty much everywhere. My only complaint is that theyre very very sweet so I dont recommend them if you dont like sweet things.

I regularly use Natures Bounty biotin and loved when I discovered they had it in gummies last year. They are so easy to take and the flavor is great! I have dry hair and brittle nails and this is the only biotin I have ever seen produce actual results!

I can see my nails getting stronger and hair getting long and thick. Definitely recommend these to anyone seeking to get a nice boost to their hair, skin and nails.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The taste of these vitamins is on point! The gummies are super soft. This is a huge plus as a lot of gummies are so firm and super hard to chew. Natures Bounty has good quality ingredients as well as safe and effective. I would say that I would purchase them at least once after this bottle is gone. I havent noticed a big difference at all. But id give it a little more time.

It tastes like normal gummies, doesn’t have weird chemical taste. In terms of result, I haven’t noticed much with hair growth or nail health, I’m pretty healthy in general so maybe that’s why. I ended up not taking it anymore because I see no particular benefit and opt for multi vitamin instead.

Although, I do wish that the gummies were bigger so the serving size was only one per person. I believe that it is misleading when you see a big bottle of them but then realize only half that bottle will be the daily dose.
