I feel like I can get the same vitamins from a health store without all the sugar. Too sweet for my liking. I feel like I haven’t used them for long enough to see any results but I don’t know if I’ll continue based on the flavor.

The difference in my hair retention and my nails were almost unbelievably. As someone with already low iron, the toll it took on my body had me struggling a bit with self esteem. I've only been taking them for about a week or so and havent seen any real differences. But I feel like as an overal vitamin, it's pretty good!
