I absolutely LOVE these. I'm a millennial who screwed their hair up during the "scene" days by bleaching and dying my hair a crazy different color every other week so for the longest time my hair wouldn't grow past my shoulders!! I started taking these and my hair finally started growing and I'm so happy 😭 if you're gonna buy this brand, it has to be the strawberry ones though, not because they work better but because they taste better!! 😂

I've tried these on and off for the past few years. They are super tasty and make taking vitamins feel like a sweet treat! Can't say too much about how they've worked for my hair since I don't think I've given them a fair chance but I've hear great things!

While i don't mind the taste of regular swallow vitamins, their gummy options were a lifesaver during pregnancies. Work great for what they're advertised for but don't expect it to be like miracle grow, ya know?
