I tried the Natures Bounty Hair Skin and Nails gummies a while back and although they had a nice flavor to them they didn’t help me like I expected . I didn’t really notice any growth in my hair and nails . I do like the fact they were gummies and not pills . They did have a nice flavor to them but I did not get any hair or nail growth

I received some to try and after just one week of trying them Ive noticed the difference specially in my hair and skin. I like that there is a combination of different vitamins. I'm not sure about long term effects on hair.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Delicious! I wasn't sure what to expect seeing as they are a vitamin. Honestly, I hate the test of vitamins, but these are very sweet. A lot of biotin is kind of hard. Not these, they are very soft. Highly recommend
