These have NO aftertaste and I have enjoyed having them. I havent been taking them long enough though to see and changes in my hair, skin, or nails.

They taste good and do meet my expections my hair was so short a few months ago and since eating these they have made my hair grow a few inches and its just a good product over all and definetly recommed you get yourself a bottle of these delicious gummies

It’s hard to say how effective this supplement because my hair and nails were never in a horrible state but right now, my nails are strong and hair feels healthy. I like this mostly because they’re so yummy. It’s hard to resist eating more and because they taste so good, it makes me less likely to forget or not want to take them everyday

I am very picky when it comes to gummies and the flavors and how they taste and the texture, I tried these today at work and not only was the taste pleasant and good, but the gummies were EXTRA soft. Not tough at all which made it a plus! Helps with hair, skin, and nails!
