Love the packaging so bright and pink, easy to open for adults but its also child proof. Im super excited to see the results! I only gave this 4 stars because I was not consistent enough when I first started taking them so not sure how much they benefit your hair skin and nails. They do taste amazing on the other hand and are the easiest vitamins to take !

Not 100 percent for sure if these actually work but they are part of my daily routine. They do taste like a gummy bear and doesn’t leave a bad taste in your mouth.
