While my nails did feel a bit stronger, there was little to no change in growth. Also, there was not much of a difference in my skin. And, while I did see a small change in my hair, it fairly unrecognizable.

Ive seen them in stores before and have been curious to try them, so this was an awesome surprise. The gummies have a great amount of Biotin in them to promote healthy hair, nails, and skin. As for the flavor, these gummies are extremely sweet and they have a somewhat odd imitation strawberry taste to them. Its not an awful flavor, but its a weird chemical sweetness. Ill continue to use them and I look forward to seeing it they do anything special with my hair and nails, but I might not purchase a bottle on my own when these are gone. #NaturesBountyBeauty #FreeGift #complimentary

The taste of it isnt so bad, but i'm not that big of a fan of artificial strawberry flavors. This product didnt leave me dissapoitned and met my expectations. However I know the bottle says it comes with 40 but why make a large container? When the gummies only fill up about half way? I just thought that was bizarre.

It's like going to the gym, there are no good results if you just exercise and do not eat well. Now that I'm pregnant I have to ask my doctor if I can eat the gummies, but I think it's a good gift for my older sister, when she tries it I hope she tells me how it went.

My nails are naturally strong and tbe 2 concerns I had was with my skin and hair and i didnt see much of a change in those either. The taste is ok. Overall, im not a fan of this becuase I dont think they work. And yes i did take them everyday and for 3 months.
