I decided to try these to see if it would help with hair growth. Give me more fuller hair. Though I never saw any change and subsequently stopped taking them they actually don't taste bad. I really like the strawberry flavor. Never been a cherry fan which for some reason most things come in. Way to go for the strawberry. But keep out of reach of little ones as they will taste like candy and they will take to much.

Although these vitamins didnt really do a lot for my skin, they did help my hair grow and look healthier! The hair results are enough for me to keep taking these every day! They taste great too! Will definitely be adding these to my nightly routine. Cant wait to buy more natures bounty products! Ovarall I really like these so far!

In this day and age, there was way too much sugar and corn syrup in this product! It not only tasted too sweet, but the sugar content should be one gram or less, and in this product it was 2 grams, i.e., twice as much as it should be. Plus, there was 3 grams of carbohydrate. Nature’s Bounty could certainly substitute Stevia or Lo Han Guo. If anyone needs Biotin for the Hair, I would suggest taking an [unsweetened] capsule or powder into unsweetened applesauce. I'd rather take a vitamin without added refined sweeteners. To me, all the added sweeteners, cancel out any benefit one would get from the vitamin.

Im happy to say, however, that this is not one of those products! I do not mind taking these at all. I have not been taking them long enough to see significant results however I do intend on continuing to take them.

I will have to buy more for sure. I havent looked at pricing but I'm sure its definitely worth the money I can definitely see myself buying these

They are helpful in growing your nail but I was most excited to have these to help my hair grow. It is growing out nicely. I have only been using these for a week.

I definitely noticed a difference in my hair and nails. I could definitely see more shine in my hair, and in fact, was even complimented on it! The most noticeable change I saw was in my nails. For the first time ever they grew long and strong! As far as my skin, I didn't necessarily notice any big visibly, but it was a bit softer to the touch. Added bonus, the gummies taste good! Overall, this product is great. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is due to the minimal skin change. For the hair and nails, it's definitely a 5 star.
