I have noticed my hair starting to grow past the length it always gets stuck at, which is great! I have heard that you really need to test hair, skin, & nail supplements for like 90 days to get the full effect but I believe I am starting to see changes already. I only took one star off because of two reasons 1) gummies arent a super effective or potent way to take supplements 2) they are very very sweet (even without artificial flavors). Overall liked them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After just a few days, there are definitely some pros about this particular brand compared to the current hair/skin/nail vitamins I was using. They taste great and dissolve easily. Most chewy vitamins require me to chew them more and they get stuck in my teeth, but not these. I also can take these without food and it doesnt bother my stomach. Its too soon to tell how the results of growth compare. I gave it 4 stars because the main ingredient is sugar

When I first started taking these I saw a boost in my hair and nails. But after having used them for a while I haven't seen any beyond normal growth due to the vitamin. I hadn't noticed any sheen or extra strength to my nails. So I stopped using with no results.
