I was excited to get these in a voxbox for free because i have been wanting to try these out and i look forward to eating them everyday because they taste that good. I have long hair and i try to take good care of it and i am also trying to grow my nails out. I will continue to use these!

During the colder months, Id keep them in my car to remember to take them on the way to work everyday. But dont do that during the summer. I gave 4 stars only because I didnt see crazy results. My nails would still tear and felt a little weak but it could also be that I wash and use my hands so much. I would probably repurchase just to see if the Long term effects are any better though!

The only down side is that this product does have some fillers in it. I also did not give it 5 stars since I havent been using it long enough. You cannot see the fully affects of any vitamins/products for at least 3 months of continuous use.
