I've actually noticed my nails getting stronger. They've been able to grow past the tip of my finger for once! The only reason I marked it down is because I haven't noticed a difference in my skin and the difference in my hair is pretty small. Overall I like the product and I love the flavor!

They do taste great but eating gummy vitamins just adds more sugar into your body that it doesn't need. If you feel like you need a vitamin I'd recommend taking a regular vitamin.

I also have pretty strong nails and hair to begin with, so it's understandable that I didn't see improvement there. I don't have great skin, but didn't see much of a change there either. They don't hurt, but I don't know how much they help. I received a bottle for free through Influenster.

This supplement has both biotin and vitamin C. It's great. I hear that you need to take vitamin c so your body can consume biotin. (not sure if it is true). With the other product, I have to take an extra pill. Not with this one ( yeah). The gummies are delicious. Sometimes, I forgot it is a supplement not a real gummy 🤪.

I have only been using them fir a few days, so I can't tell if they are actually improving health of my hair and nails, but I truly enjoy eating them. Flavor is amazing.
