I take thus one and the one with collagen because Im getting older and these are suppose to helps my skin look younger. I do notice that my face looks a little firmer around my jaw line and not as dry and washed up looking. I recommend these vitamins

Im surprised they dont even taste like vitamins ! I really recommend these if you have a hard time taking vitamins for your hair/ skin /nails !

Honestly?? They're not my favorite. They taste wonderful, but I hold a high standard to my hair skin & nail vitamins because my hair is SOOOO thin and brittle. They did nothing for my hair (and yes, I gave them 2 months to kick in). I know it sounds gimmicky and insta-dumb, but Sugar Bear Hair is where it's at. It's honestly the only brand I have found that gives you results you can see and feel within the first week and actually helps my hair grow again. Only giving 2 stars for these because they do taste wonderful!

But I really dont understand why is it necessary to make something good with something bad like sugar and corn syrup... I think that grownups could take their vitamins with any taste. So Ill prefer vitamins without any sugar.
