They are soft and have a good strawberry taste. I swapped out my normal biotin for these and will be keeping them in my routine. I would definitely recommend you give em a try! I really enjoy these vitamins! They taste so good so its hard to only take 2 a day. The biggest change I've noticed are my nails! They used to be so brittle and take forever to grow. Now they are a lot stronger and are able to keep a nail shape! I haven't noticed a huge different in my hair but I'm only halfway through my first bottle. Will repurchase!
