I actually received these a few days after getting a major hair cut and I can honestly say my hair has grown noticeably more than normal. My nails are stronger and growing faster as well! These Gummies are awesome and they really work, I have seen my hair, skin and nails grow and become very healthy and these taste so good and not expensive at all. I am very satisfied with this product and I love how they work, I also have recommended these to my friends.
