[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Honestly I was skeptical about these at first but Ive been taking them for about 2 weeks now and Ive seen drastic changes. The most Ive seen change is my hair. Ive kept my same routine during this process, same shampoo conditioner hairspray, everything is the same until I tried this product with it. Its not an extreme difference but it makes my hair fluffier, bouncier, it feels like it has less weight to it even when I put tons of product in it. I overall enjoyed this product even to the taste.

Since I've started taking Nature's Bounty Hair, Skin, and Nails gummies, I've noticed a marked improvement. My nails look healthier, and they're stronger. Thumbs up.
