This means that I have been taking this for few weeks. There aren't significant changes to wow me, but I can notice that my hair looks little more firm and not dry as it seemed before. It does take about two weeks to start seeing changes but it helps my skin keep its radiance. It also keeps my hair shiny and bouncy. So I think they're going to improve my hair skin and nails? No. I've been a hairstylist for over 20 years and haven't seen any conclusive evidence that biotin supplements will improve your hair or nails. But for a regular daily vitamin, I like them a lot

Im about halfway through the bottle and have already noticed a huge difference in my SKIN! It may be too early to tell how much it is really helping my hair grow or stay healthy. But I have been receiving compliments from friends on how good my skin has been looking! This surprised me, as Ive never really taken biotin in the past and wasnt sure if they would really work. I always feel a slight bit better after taking them but I still recommend adding additional supplements if u feel u still need them
