[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ive almost completed a month using these gummies Ive always seen a lot of people review them so I decided to give them a try and I can honestly say they have helped me I have curly hair that takes a long time to grow and I recently got a hair cut and my hair has grown about an inch or more in this time that Ive been eating the gummies also my nails always been in really bad shape since I do wear acrylics and on their own they take FOREVER to grow but Ive seen my nails healing faster and growing I havent really noticed anything new on my skin but for everything else I really do recommend!
