Easy to chew, it is a softer gummy, which I like because you can chew and swallow quickly. I have also noticed my nails have grown alot since starting to take the gummies.

The texture is much chewier than I expected. I have been only taking for almost a week so it is too early for me to see results. I will keep taking them to see if I notice any differences.
