I've only been using them for about a week, but I feel like my nails have definitely grown more this week then normal. I've had to cut them twice. I'm excited to see the benefits that it gives to my hair.

Texture is great too, it doesn't get stuck in your teeth like most gummy products do and it's easy to chew. I definitely reccomend it just from the taste alone, its worth giving a try

I bought these once only. To be honest the packaging caught my eye. I didn't care too much for the taste. They were sweet but something about them seemed a bit "off." They were quick and easy to take as I was running out the door but I am not sure I would buy them again. I didn't see any big improvements in my mid aged skin, hair and nails.

Believe it or not I noticed a difference in only 5 days! That speaks volumes to me. Plus they really are tasty. I will definitely purchase these again!

I cut my hair off in 2017 doing ' the big chop'. My hair was shoulder legnth but very damages and fried. I hadnt had natural hair since i was 13 so i forgot how to manage it. I started taking these the day i cut it and my hair grew soooo fast. And thick and full. I could see results in 8 days and it also grew my nails longer and stronger. My hair grew back to thw same legnth it was when i cut it, in 10 months!! Thata less than a year to regrow all your hair, retail legnth and stregnth! I love it! I absolutely love this product and i will remain strong in using.
