My nails grow in much faster and they are stronger as well. The gummies are very soft and pretty sweet, which is better than taking a capsule or pill in my opinion. I definitely recommend Natures Bounty hair skin & nail gummies!

I bought this product about a month ago May 18, 2022, and the expiry date was 04/27/19. It seems to be a continuous trend for the enterprise to distribute expired products since there have been multiple complaints about the expiry date. It is obvious the care is not provided for consumers and as such the product is NOT GOOD. EXPIRY PRODUCT leads to waste of money and ineffective product.

It tastes like an actual gummy candy kind of like a strawberries and cream with a dab of sour. I've bought these before at my local Walmart because they were the most affordable for the amount you get. My hair is really curly and dry so I don't see an obvious change in health or shine (in this short amount of time) but I have experienced some length in my hair! These are a must have gummies to keep in stock!

They taste great which is always a plus but Ive only been using them for a few weeks. Ive not seen too many changes yet but these things take time - Im hoping to see a big improvement in my hair and skin so cross your fingers!

My nails do seem to grow fair quickly now but I haven't noticed much of a difference in my hair or skin yet. Hoping to see more changes as I continue to take them.
