I have been taking these for about two months now and honestly, I really don’t see a difference in anything. My hair is not growing any faster and still falling out my nails always grow so I can’t really tell if that’s working. I’ll continue to take them but not sure what results I’m supposed to actually seeon a good note. They taste delicious and do not taste like vitamins at all.

As far as taste these are amazing. They taste like candy, so it is not a struggle to take two of these every day. While they might taste great though, I am looking for something that works. I just have not seen any real results with taking these for two months.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pretty good! Natures bounty is a trusted company. Gummies tasted good- not chalky or overly sweetened. Levels of biotin and vitamin e were good too. My biggest complaint is that it seems redundant... most multivitamins already contain these ingredients so you end up just wasting what your body cant absorb.

These hair, skin and nails vitamins are very tasty and almost addictive. I used them for a few months and the biggest change I noticed was in my nails. I don’t typically eat poorly and am very meticulous about the foods I eat so maybe that’s why I didn’t see a huge change. I eventually stopped taking them and only use a multivitamin now but I would recommend this product with no reservations.

I stop and start using them from time to time just so my body can still maintain its own natural chemicals to regulate certain vitamins. When I do take them I do observe that my hair and nails would grow every two weeks being on it. As for my skin, I feel that my face can be a bit more glowy. I would recommend this product!! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow! I wanted to take these for at least a week before I reviewed them. Well the taste is great, thats the first thing we notice right?! They are soft as well. One week in my nails are growing and stronger. I havent noticed much change in my hair or skin but I was so happy about my nails that the other two didnt bother me. The ends of my hair do seem a little healthier but not a drastic improvement.
