I havent noticed a huge difference in my skin and hair yet but its only been a week. Tastes amazing! Removed a star for stickyness of the gummies (yes I know gummies are sticky) maybe Im just being picky but store in dry cool place haha

I used to love this supplement! I took them every day and saw some strengthening of my hair, skin, and nails! The pink packaging is super cute and the gummies don't taste bad or have a bad texture. They're a decent price. Unfortunately I don't enjoy the gummies, I rather just take a pill!

I think you don't take any other daily vitamins these are great. For those who do take any other vitamins they wouldn't be your best bet because they already contain Vitamins E, and C.

I'm not sure how great these work, but I'd say their taste is pretty rough. The target brand is cheaper and tastes significantly better than this brand. I've used this on and off because of the taste so I can't say whether or not they do what they say.
