[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ive been taking these consistently the last few days and I feel like theyre already helping! My skin and hair are softer. My nails are so much stronger already. And they taste amazing so theyre easy to take!

I used these for 6 months and had NO improvement; my hair was thicker with more volume, my skin wasn’t more hydrated than normal, my nails weren’t growing faster or stronger. I spoke with my PCP and she said these are a joke. They don’t provide enough vitamins and minerals to even work, AND they are nothing but sugar! Learned my lesson.

I bought this product two days ago so I cannot comment on whether they work or not as I am struggling to get them out the container. They are all stuck together at the bottom and my fingers can't reach inside to grab them. I tried shaking the container upside down but they don't come up to the lid. I have to poke a stick deep inside to grab them but it tears them apart. I will do a review on how they work if I don't give up trying to get them out.
