They taste really good Ive taken them for 4 days so far and I will say this I cut my nails the day I started them and theyve grown pretty fast and are stronger than the usually brittle nails they are and the only thing Ive changed is taking these gummies so Im loving them so far definitely recommend!!!!

I didn't notice my hair much but my nails felt a little stronger. I would recommendd giving these a try if you're looking for a hair skin & nails supplement on a budget.

I took these for a while and they seem to have worked fine! Maybe a little on the spendy side and didn't taste the greatest but they did the job and that's all that matters! I take prenatals still 11 months pp so for now I'll stick to these because they seem to be working just as good
