Nature's Bounty Hair, Skin & Nails Gummies have a great strawberry flavor! The flavor is better than all of the other brands out there. It's also easier to find a better deal on these! I have been taking them for a little bit and I'm already noticing a difference in my nails and skin! I would definitely recommend!

I ultimately was not able to try them out because they had gelatin and it is against my religion to eat it. Although I was not able to try it myself, I gave them to a friend and she loved it!! I have taken the vitamins for several days and the changes really do not look so fast, I think if you take the vitamins for 3-4 months you can see more results. my hair grows very slow so I hope it helps me to grow more. The nails if I have felt that they are not as fragile as I had before. I think the changes do not look so fast with this product but it is very important to give vitamins to our skin, hair and nails. I received the product for free but its price seems very good for me to be some vitamins that can last you almost 2 months (if you take 2 daily vitamins). the strawberry flavor is exquisite and I would love to taste the other flavors. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've spent the last month having Nature Bounty's "Hair, Skin, and Nail" vitamin chewables with my daily breakfast, and have had good results, especially in my nails and skin. I haven't seen much for my hair, but it's been only 30 days, and I know that as I continue to repurchase and use the vitamin gummies, my hair will become healthier. Remember, the hair cycle is approximately 35 days; this takes time! What I like about this vitamin is that it's tasty snd fruity, just like gummy bears! What I dislike is that it's a little bit too sweet, but that's just my personal preference, and everyone else I've spoken to was fine with the flavor. I received this complimentary product in exchange for an honest review.

These are yum! First, let me start by saying their strawberry flavor tastes so good. Plus, I love being able to eat soft gummies rather then take hard-to-swallow pills. I started buying these when I read that biotin is great for hair and nails, which it totally is! 100% taking biotin has helped kept my hair and nails healthy. Who doesn't love that?
