I think my nails have improved since I started taking this but it's also worth noting that I don't take this regularly cos I don't like the flavor hehe. But overall I think it's an okay product or a great product if you take it regularly.

Love this brand so so much especially for the biotin gummy’s that always get. You can definitely tell the quality of the product just because I always feel it on my nails first they’re always super hard and I always have a glow skin right after using it I think it takes affect maybe like around the third week or so but it’s really good especially for the price

Theyre strawberry flavored and its actually good. My regular biotin pills have been working with keep my hair and nails healthy. Im hoping taking these that itll do the same!
