[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The bottle is pretty. The flavor is good, almost a strawberry milk taste. It is a very gummy texture. Easy to take. Cant wait to take more to see end results. Bottle is not too big, so doesnt take up much room on my counter.

I have been taking this for years and recommend to everyone that ask . It is the best tasting and does a great job for my hair skin & nails . I actually look forward to taking them since they taste good & they don’t upset my stomach like a lot of vitamins & supplements do .

My hair is very brittle and dry like, this just came in and gave me the best change. I love it!

I used to take this when i was a teenager and still do. The flavor is really good gery sweet! I like them because its easy to get them and eat them and take them wherever you go. I recommend it to most of mt family and they already helped grow their hair specifically for my mom. You could get them at your local store and for the price i truly recommend them!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Consistency and texture was good, they aren't the type of gummies to stick in your teeth which is a deal breaker for me. They taste OK, not horrible but not too bad however, I feel like the actual sugar content could be decreased. With sugar and corn syrup being the first two ingredients on the list, I just feel like I'm eating a candy and not a useful supplement. In terms of use, the only real change I see are my eyelashes that are growing longer. Other than that, my nails and hair are growing at about the same rate as before. Maybe they didn't work immaculately for me, but they could for someone else!

My nails are naturally strong and tbe 2 concerns I had was with my skin and hair and i didnt see much of a change in those either. The taste is ok. Overall, im not a fan of this becuase I dont think they work. And yes i did take them everyday and for 3 months.
