On top of that, I love anything gummy related! So these were perfect to try! They tasted sooo good, it was hard to only take the recommended daily amount! I did not notice that it helped my hair, skin, or nails, BUT thats not a reflection on the product, as I never notice a difference with any vitamins :/ I will continue using for general health benefits

I have used these gummies before after receiving them in a Fab Fit Fun box. These are a great hair, skin, and nails alternative to the sugar bear hair gummies that you have probably seen celebrities and social media influensters post about. These are essentially the same thing but much cheaper!

I've tried a few different brands of hair, nails, and skin gummies before but never liked the taste much to continue using them. I decided to give these Nature's Bounty ones a try for a change and was surprised that they are really delicious and have a good texture as well. These have all the ingredients you need for healthy skin and hair such as Biotin, Zinc, Selenium, and also Collagen, which is difficult to find in vitamins. I've already noticed my skin is glowing, and I'm definitely going to carry on using these to see if there are further benefits from taking them longer term. A little bit expensive, but they taste great and are easy to take, so they will always be on repeat buy!

I'm not sure about results as I had quite healthy hair already.. although they do feel more hydrated and bouncy (unsure weather it is the product or not).
