I have enjoyed these so far & hope they continue to keep my hair thick & silky as well as smooth skin. I will consistently keep taking them and am excited to see! The only reason I didnt give this a 5 star is because they are a little too sweet for me. Thats just my taste preference though. I do like that they are strawberry flavored! These tasted good, have a nice texture, and come in appealing packaging. They are a good value. Although I didn't notice any difference in my hair, I have genetic alopecia, so it was a long shot anyway. However, I did feel like my nails felt healthier.
