I think these gummy’s are effective good quality they have a lot of ingredients in them. Nice packaging I like the strawberry flavors and they’re not hard they’re absolutely soft so I’ve been using it for months and I have noticed that my hair has been growing.

After taking them for about a month, I do think they improve hair and nail growth! My nails seem stronger and my hair seems fuller. Im not convinced my skin looks better, but it may take more time to see those results. They taste pretty good and are easy to take! Overall would recommend.

I just started taking them and will look into how they continue to work! The only weird thing for me is the somewhat chalky after taste, but that is very typical with ALL vitamin gummies out there!

So I was super excited to start taking vitamins for my hair, skin and nails and but it didn't take long for them to start "working".. i put quotation marks there because while they definitely had an affect, the affect was rather embarrassing. They made me breakout horribly as if i was in middle school wearing sweaty gym clothes all day and they made me smell like it too (especially down there)... i dont doubt they work for some people but i was very disappointed they did not work for me, also i know it was at fault of the vitamins because as a women in her mid 30s, none of that is normal and all symptoms were only present when taking the gummies.. overall good taste and texture though!

I take these twice a day. One in the morning after breakfast and one after diner. They work really great! I’ve been using these gummy’s for over a year now and my nails,hair and skin look and feel new. My nails have grown a lot. They have a fruity taste and the texture is gummy.
