[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The gummies are delicious and make me want to eat way more than I need. I eat about 2 a day after breakfast and have been for about 2 weeks now. I'm not sure about results as I had quite healthy hair already.. although they do feel more hydrated and bouncy (unsure weather it is the product or not).

I usually prefer gummies lol, and it’s not always great tasting when it comes to supplements for hair/skin/nails… however these taste great! I have added them to my routine, since I also get my nails done, and my natural nails are damaged on a monthly basis… I also have long hair, and I’ve noticed a difference in the overall health and appearance/growth of my hair since taking these! I have a strict skincare regime, so it’s hard to say if it’s impacted the health of my skin, but there’s been no negative impact at all! Would recommend! :)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Consistency and texture was good, they aren't the type of gummies to stick in your teeth which is a deal breaker for me. They taste OK, not horrible but not too bad however, I feel like the actual sugar content could be decreased. With sugar and corn syrup being the first two ingredients on the list, I just feel like I'm eating a candy and not a useful supplement. In terms of use, the only real change I see are my eyelashes that are growing longer. Other than that, my nails and hair are growing at about the same rate as before. Maybe they didn't work immaculately for me, but they could for someone else!
