These gummies actually taste pleasant. They are easy to chew and go down smoothly. I actually see a difference when I take them In my hair and nails. They both get longer and are stronger. I would take these constantly but the biotin makes my heart race I would definitely recommend if you can take them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These gummies taste so good and I have really seen a difference in my nails mostly. I went from acrylics to my own nails and they were barely affected. I drink two every morning with a cup of water and I love how they taste.

I had COVID June 2021. My hair started falling out in August. By October, I had lost 1/2 of it. My doctor said it was because of my age (60, hormones). My hair dresser said, "Take biotin. It's COVID hair loss." I had these in the pantry and had been taking them randomly. I started taking them daily. By Oct '22, my hair dresser recommended thinning my hair again. Now, I am having it thinned about twice a year instead of 3 times. It took a while, but I saw new hairs starting to grow within a couple of months. I also noticed my nails getting stronger, which I had never really thought about.
