I had recently wrecked my nails with a bad manicure and it seems like these vitamins are helping them grow back healthier. Im vegetarian and dont eat gelatin. I passed them off to my mom. Shes liked them so far, hasnt noticed a different in her hair and skin but says the taste grate and shes still willing to wait it out. So far I love them! Ive been taking them for about 3 weeks I think. Obviously I havent seen my hair grow yet because that just takes time I guess. But they taste delicious, make my hair soft & shiny and definitely are a cheaper option than the Sugar Bear Hair Gummies! 100% recommend. Price is great

I dont need to have water to make sure I can swallow it like many other products that are like this. My hair and nails feel stronger and healthier after I started using this product. They arent overly sweat and they arent loaded up with a lot of sugar compared to most types of gummies.
