Plus I damage my hair regularly so anything with biotin that can just help fortify my hair from the inside is a GREAT thing. Absolutely recommend. Just maybe don't eat them like candy, even tho they taste GREAT

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The strawberry taste is really good but there is a bit of a crunchy taste to the gummy. I will definitely finish this whole container but it is not my preference over other hair, skin, and nail gummies that Ive had before.

I have noticed that my head hair has grown immensely, even though that I have a pixie haircut, but, other body hair grows faster too, so I do have to wax more than I used to before I took these vitamins, but I have absolutely no complaints about it.

The gummies are delicious and easy to chew! They arent as sweet as they smell which is a plus. So dont let the smell deceive you! Ive taken other vitamins before and am not a huge fan of taking pills so if youre looking for an alternative this is a great one.

I was so excited because I had a baby 5 months ago and I've been experiencing hair loss and my nails are brittle so I am hoping they work!
