Natures Bounty Hair Skin & Nails has always been a staple in my vitamin cabinet. My preferred form is a gummie, so these are perfect and have a great flavor of strawberry. My nails are naturally strong and tbe 2 concerns I had was with my skin and hair and i didnt see much of a change in those either. The taste is ok. Overall, im not a fan of this becuase I dont think they work. And yes i did take them everyday and for 3 months.
