Theyre typically always on sale somewhere and affordable for the amount you get. Definitely worth a try.

What the heck? I have used this product for years, and I have been very happy with the results. However, I just bought 4 more bottles, and in this last purchase of the gummies, they seem to be coated with a sugary, powdery coating, and they are all stuck together. These are awful, and I see similar comments, so I sincerely hope you stop this new formulation and bring back the old way of making your gummies. I would appreciate a reply from Nature's Bounty and consideration of going back to the original. Thanks for your time.

Ive used this product for 4 years now and I can honestly say i personally dont notice a difference in terms of hair growth, it does make a slight difference in skin and nails. It tastes like candy though so its not a burden to eat. I personally feel like a proper diet and lots of water would be better help for healthier skin, hair, and nails than just gummies.
