[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The strawberry gummies taste so good! It took a while for me to see any results, but I have noticed my nails growing out stronger and quicker as well as my hair growing faster. I cant wait to see if any other results come from them!

After about two months, I noticed a noticeable increase in hair and nail growth. I've also definitely seen a significant improvement in the overall appearance of my skin and hair. My skin and hair now have a more radiant, natural, and youthful glow. I already have a generally healthy diet, so this was a great addition to help me ensure I'm meeting my daily nutrient intake goals so I can achieve and sustain my long-term desired results.

I have been using these gummy vitamins for about 2 years and I have definitely seen a difference. My nails grow so fast that within 2 weeks I'm ready to cut them again (my job usually prefers shorter nails). I like the taste and the texture. They aren't too hard either. My hair does grow faster and a little fuller, but mostly faster.

I noticed zero change in my hair skin or Nails. I typically have great nails and pretty good skin, with fine breakage prone hair, and none of that changed with this product. I gave it two Stars instead of one because I'm giving it the benefit of the doubt, knowing that maybe my observations weren't perfect.

I have enjoyed these so far & hope they continue to keep my hair thick & silky as well as smooth skin. I will consistently keep taking them and am excited to see! The only reason I didnt give this a 5 star is because they are a little too sweet for me. Thats just my taste preference though. I do like that they are strawberry flavored! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't know if they work yet, but they are pretty tasty. I had taken a multi vitamin previously. It seemed to always make me nauseated. This does not have the same affect. As with any vitamin try to take with a meal.
