I use to get acrylics every 3 weeks which weakened my nails to the point where I had to stop. Its been 5 days and my nails look and feel fabulous! Trust me you need this!

The taste and texture are perfect. Its too soon to see any hair growth but my nails are flourishing! Definitely going to continue using this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was pleasantly surprised with these.. often gummy vitamins are hard and have little taste. These are just the opposite. They are chewy and soft. Plus those are Non-GMO which is an added plus for me. Serving size for 2 Gummies per day would be a total of 15 calories. These also include Vitamin A, C, & E. biotin and are great for hair, skin, & nails. Definitely recommend these to family and friends.

I bought these gummies about a month ago and my hair is actually growing back!! I was losing a lot of hair and started noticing I had patches where I looked almost bald! It makes it harder to remember compared to my other gummy vitamins. They do taste fine and have a good consistency though.
