[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Im not usually a fan of gummy vitamins. However, the Natures Bounty Optimal Solutions Hair Skin & Nails Gummies are good! They are not nearly ask chalky tasting as most gummy vitamins I have tried. The strawberry flavor is natural tasting. My favorite thing about these is that theyre is no artificial flavor, no artificial sweeteners, no milk, no soy & no gluten. Theyre free of a few other things, but those are the most important to me. I suggest giving these a try, even if youre not really a fan of the gummies!

So I decided to grab up this product when I saw it on influenster. I added the Biotin to my morning medication. It was just 2 gummies that taste lightly sweet a day. Not to much extra to do in the morning. But I'm not seeing much help with the growth of my hair or nails. My skin has been pretty dry lately, but it is winter here. I have completely emptied the bottle, but I don't think I will be purchasing any time soon.
