I have been using this product for about year now and its amazing. I have dreads and along with the oil I use, My hair is growing drastically. Its a great tasting vitamin and my skin glows beautifully. Using this product will produce great results in no time and you will see a difference. I can't swallow pills so the gummies are heaven to me.!

As a vegetarian who also works a crazy schedule, I know there are days when Im not getting enough protein, calcium & many other essential vitamins when Im working 13 hours on my feet and barely have time for a quick snack, let alone a 30 min lunch. I regret the hair cut immediately and I run to the store for these gummies. They are by far the best I have used at helping your hair to grow longer and healthier. Not only that but they work wonders on your nails and are not hard on the wallet.

These are nice to have for a vitamin regime but man what a challenge to get them out of the bottle. They were all stuck together in a big clump and I had to dig with a fork to get them out and move them to an easier access container. Change the packaging please! Thank you

I haven't noticed much change in my skin or nails, but my hair seems to be doing alright on it so far!

They tastes really yummy! I have to stop myself from eating the whole thing. Im not too sure about it helping with my skin but my hair feels healthier but i did change shampoos lol after awhile of taking them my nails are definitely stronger for sure! So I recommend
