I just finished my first bottle of these vitamins and I have truly noticed a difference in my overall nail strength and health. I bought them because I specifically wanted to treat my nails that tend to be very weak. My nails are so strong already after just one bottle so I am very happy with the result and I have repurchased another bottle.

It tastes good and you get a good quantity for the price they are selling them. I havent noticed any extreme changes in my hair or nails since Ive been taking them. However, I dont usually get noticeable results from hair and vitamin gummies so I am expecting they are doing something good for me internally. I will be repurchasing!

They do look a little weird if youre just looking at them just by the color. But definitely an easy step towards healthier hair skin and nails. I would definitely recommend this to friends and family looking to incorporate more biotin in their diets.

Theyre packed with biotin and have a few antioxidants as well, which is nice if you look for a little extra vitamin C boost in your day. As with any vitamin or supplement, you wont notice drastic change right away, but Ive been using these for a little less than three weeks and I have noticed that my nails recover from damage a little quicker than usual. The branding on this is nice and cute - I dont eat in the morning usually so I keep it on my office desk to take midday with lunch. My only complaint is the sweetness - Im not sure if its this particular strawberry flavor but its a lot sweeter than any of the other vita-gummies Ive had. But the sugar count is only 2g which is quite low for gummies. If I repurchase Ill likely try the version that has collagen!

I think these gummy's are effective good quality they have a lot of ingredients in them. Nice packaging I like the strawberry flavors and they're not hard they're absolutely soft so I've been using it for months and I have noticed that my hair has been growing.
