[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One of the better tasting gummies thats Ive had. not too sweet. wasnt too overpowering either. because I only did the bottles worth of gummies I cant tell if there has truly been a difference. would need to try this product out more for a couple extra months to see if it is indeed truly effective.

I purchased these due to concerns about hair loss after going on a medication. I took them for one full cycle and really couldn’t see much difference. Possibly needed to continue on for longer, but I switched to a compounded, vitamin. I will say the taste and texture of these is quite nice. They did not upset my stomach or cost me any other issue.

I've been using these for about 2 years, and they are fine except for on thing. Even if I just brought them home from the store, it is very difficult to get them out of the container, because they all stick together. When it gets down so far, my fingers just don't reach. My suggestion would be to make them in containers that are shorter with a bigger top so that they can be reached easier. It just took me half an hour to pry and pull, pretty much one at a time, to get them out.

I threw my bottle in my gym bag and eat them after a workout. I did find out they were a little more expensive than I would have anticipated, but what doesnt work for me may work for someone else.

The supplement and vitamin daily values were satisfactory. The taste was very good! The only improvement I suggest would be to increase the amount of supplements and vitamin values besides the biotin, and to increase the amount of gummies in one container. My favorite part of these was the taste - SO GOOD!

Not only are they delicious, but I can tell they have helped strengthen my nails and my hair has some extra length to it! Sometimes I have to remind myself I can only have 2 a day, (they are that yummy!) I can definitely see myself repurchasing these once I run out. I also love the packing! Its simple yet easy to store!

I realized my nails were stronger after taking these and they broke less. The only downfall about this product (its minuscule) is that the gummies are super sweet.
