The only thing i would imprpve about this product would be the effects that it has, for me personally, it only worked to lengthen my hair but did nothing for my skin or nails. Guys...these actually taste really really good! Anyone else a sucker for gummy vitamins versus ones you swallow? The amount you get in a bottle is very generous and lasts a good while.
