I am not exactly sure how long til you see “results” but i've been taking these for about a month now (2 gummies every night) and my nails are the strongest & healthiest they've ever been!! My nails are naturally strong and tbe 2 concerns I had was with my skin and hair and i didnt see much of a change in those either. The taste is ok.
