I started only taking 1 a day however while reading through the info on the bottle, I discovered it was actually two a day with meals, Ive been taking one in the morning and one in the evening each days my nails havent grown any faster that I can tell, however, they are noticeably stronger.

For a womans adult gummy, I love these! They arent chalky, they dont smell and actually quite yummy. Im almost a year out of my pregnancy and the good hair/nails are becoming a thing of the past, so I tried these and within a month and a half to two months, my nails are back to growing and my hair thickened back up. Im not switching my vitamins for a long time, I love it!

Ive taken hair skin & nail vitamins before but in pill form and I found these so much easier to do since im always in a hurry. Ive seen noticeable improvement in my nails and even some in my hair!
