But for the first few days Ive used them I think my nails have grown stronger, but I dont know if thats true or Im just making myself think that.

Ive personally dont like taking vitamin gummy because Im afraid they dont actually help with anything and the fear of it tasting nasty. But after taking this for awhile I really notice a difference that my hair is looking better and so are my nails!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow! I wanted to take these for at least a week before I reviewed them. Well the taste is great, thats the first thing we notice right?! They are soft as well. One week in my nails are growing and stronger. I havent noticed much change in my hair or skin but I was so happy about my nails that the other two didnt bother me. The ends of my hair do seem a little healthier but not a drastic improvement.

However, the first ingredient is corn syrup and the second is sugar.. so of course it tastes delicious. While I fully support taking Biotin to support hair, skin, and nail health, I tend to stay away from supplements that are in gummy form and opt for a pill with less added ingredients. But- for those who find it easier to get supplements in their routine via little sweet strawberry flavored treats, this is a great product.

I have been using them for a few weeks now and my hair looks healthier than ever!!I struggle with breakage and damage in my hair, as I am a natural blonde with thinner strands of hair, so this product was perfect for me! The only downside is definitely the smell and taste. I'd say you could have a hair, skin, and nails pill and it would be way better because then there's no taste at all!

I always want to take more than Im supposed to. So 5 stars on taste, easy to take, and no digestive issues or weird vitamin burps after. My hair, skin and nails didnt change radically, but seem to be doing good. Definitely at least maintaining. Its always hard to tell with vitamins like this if they do anything, but at least I enjoy eating them!
