However, I love the concept of this product. I remember to take it consistently each day since the gummies taste great! I was a little concerned these would be sticky gummies that get stuck in your teeth, but not at all. They are very soft and just about melt in your mouth. Perfect for someone who doesnt like to swallow pills!

This Nature's Bounty gummies are great, have a subtle but delicious strawberry flavor. While using it I've experienced many changes, and that's why I loved this brand. Their products are very good, good quality. The packaging is beautiful, and the texture very gummy, I love the value and amount of gummies for the gummies.

These gummies work great!! I bought 4 bottles and I kept 2 and I gave my mom 2. Theyre not expensive which I was surprised given how many gummies they give you. You take 2 a day. They taste good too. I saw results in my hair and nails with in the first week of taking these gummies.
