Taking vitamins is a wonderful thing for your body... remembering to take the vitamins is the hard part and is kind of my reason for not buying them anymore hahaha(: these gummies are awesome and I love candy.. which is perfect because! I crave candy on a daily basis and its nice to have these around. It just sucks because you cant eat like.. 10 of them and be ok lol dont do that. Two on the other hand.. is perfect! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would prefer to use this brand and use this product compared to other ones. I can easy grab one and go since its a gummy and I can chew it. I dont need to have water to make sure I can swallow it like many other products that are like this. My hair and nails feel stronger and healthier after I started using this product. They arent overly sweat and they arent loaded up with a lot of sugar compared to most types of gummies.

Lol Theyre not like other gummies that are coated with sugar but instead, theyre slightly sweet and soft. These have NO aftertaste and I have enjoyed having them. I havent been taking them long enough though to see and changes in my hair, skin, or nails.

As a Muslim I can't eat gelatin, which this contains. Today I got this and was so excited I ate 2 before checking the ingredients. So I'll just leave a review based on the 2 I ate, but the rest of the bottle is being wasted :(. They're cute and small, they taste like strawberry and yogurt, and they don't stick to the teeth . sorry, I can't speak on what it does for your hair, nails, or teeth :/
