Id say they they are significantly better than any other chewable vitamin I have used in the past and it was actually a struggle not to want to eat all of them at once. Secondly, the benefits for my hair and nails has been significant.

I definitely had been needing to get back on a Biotin treatment. These did the trick! My nails are starting to restore to a healthy state. I think straight Biotin pills do work a little better, but the gummy chewable makes this much easier to take!

I do find that the vitamins work as promised. My nails grow in nicely and my skin isnt as oily. My hair is already thick so I cant say Ive seen much change but it has grow in my edges.

I noticed zero change in my hair skin or Nails. I typically have great nails and pretty good skin, with fine breakage prone hair, and none of that changed with this product. I gave it two Stars instead of one because I'm giving it the benefit of the doubt, knowing that maybe my observations weren't perfect.
