It could definitely just be placebo effect, but either way Im loving the YUMMY flavor (I always want to eat more than two). I also love that theyre not as sugary and carby as other gummy vitamins at only 15 calories!

I know everyone has different opinions on vitamins, but for me personally I always integrate a hair/skin/nail supplement and these were a wonderful one. I cant say for sure the ultimate long term effects as I only have a month to review, however these are great in my opinion & I would repurchase as theyre a great price. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These gummies are delicious and easy to add into my routine in the morning. I must say Im a bit skeptical of products that benefit hair and nails...I think its too difficult for me to gauge any results.

I recieved the last shipment where the gummies are stuck together with a powdery film. I came to this website to see if others experienced it, and found one other person. What does this mean for the gummies as useful properties? Does this mean the vitamins absorption or vitamin coumpounds are tainted? I gave 4 stars because it has done wonders, however, just not sure why this batch is different.

Im not a gummy person tho. A better flavor maybe ?? Good price tho if you like them and can use them. I gave theese to my mom

It seems to me one of the most effective vitamins for the care and beautification of hair and nails, it has been excellent, I have noticed results, my hair is longer and healthier as are my nails and skin, a presentation with lasting quantity to be able to see results, its taste is pleasant

I will have to buy more for sure. I havent looked at pricing but I'm sure its definitely worth the money I can definitely see myself buying these
