I know this is a fan favorite. I thought they were okay. I've tried other forms of vitamins from the brand and loved them. The Gummies I noticed my nails growing but not as much my hair and skin benefits. It could of been I didn't give it enough time I finished one bottle and switched to another brand.

I did not have high expectations for these gummies but I have noticed my nails growing stronger, which is great because my nails would bend in half before I started taking these gummies. My hair feels healthy and a touch thicker, and my skin is good, no major changes. These are worth a shot!!
