Since genetics play a strong role it is hard to review this product for other people. It is concerning that there is a warning for pregnant or breastfeeding mothers to not consume this product. I've tried a few different brands of hair, nails, and skin gummies before but never liked the taste much to continue using them. I decided to give these Nature's Bounty ones a try for a change and was surprised that they are really delicious and have a good texture as well. These have all the ingredients you need for healthy skin and hair such as Biotin, Zinc, Selenium, and also Collagen, which is difficult to find in vitamins. I've already noticed my skin is glowing, and I'm definitely going to carry on using these to see if there are further benefits from taking them longer term. A little bit expensive, but they taste great and are easy to take, so they will always be on repeat buy!

Taking vitamins is a wonderful thing for your body... remembering to take the vitamins is the hard part and is kind of my reason for not buying them anymore hahaha(: these gummies are awesome and I love candy.. which is perfect because! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would prefer to use this brand and use this product compared to other ones. I can easy grab one and go since its a gummy and I can chew it. I dont need to have water to make sure I can swallow it like many other products that are like this. My hair and nails feel stronger and healthier after I started using this product. They arent overly sweat and they arent loaded up with a lot of sugar compared to most types of gummies.
