Next, I have noticed my hair looks so much shiner after about two weeks of use, but I havent noticed anything with my skin or nails. No way did I think it would work but my skin and nails are thriving! Drawbacks: 1. the gummies are, well, gummy; 2. the taste is not so great; and 3, I hate it when a 'dose' is two gummies not one, making the amount purchased less than expected.
