The first time I tasted them I did not like them but for the sake of continuing to try it I kept taking them and I ended up loving them. The only thing I dislike about this product is that it has gelatin and since Im mostly vegan it turns me off from wanting to buy them again.

I would recommend these to anyone who needs vitamins in their system these are the ones to go with because they are easy to consume.

I've been consuming them for 2 weeks and my nails are definitely stronger. My face has gotten brighter. The capsules worked for me before the gummies are more easier to consume. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the Natures bounty hair skin& nails 2500mcg of Biotin. First off they are so easy to take in gummy form, and the flavor is great!! I have been using them for about 2 weeks consistently and I definitely see a bit of a change. My nails definitely feel stronger and I do have less breakage. My skin looks great, but I do take great care of it, so I think that this just helps that and is an added bonus. I haven’t noticed much with my hair, but I also color treatment and don’t have issues with growth. Over all I do really like this gummy and it is going to be a permanent addition to my vitamin routine.
