I bought the product awhile ago and it works great. I am a nail biter and this product helps to keep my nails stronger and grow faster and keeps my hair healthier. I tried another product as the Natures bounty was out at my store and it didn't work at all. This product works as described and is great. It also tastes good.

Noticed hair was softer, nails got a little stronger, I'm a week in of taking gummies twice a day and Im noticing changes. These you have to take for a bit before seeing results.
