This product I have been using thanks to influenster and Im definitely rebuying. I noticed a big and quick difference in my skin and nails. Besides they have yummy taste!

Honestly?? They're not my favorite. They taste wonderful, but I hold a high standard to my hair skin & nail vitamins because my hair is SOOOO thin and brittle. They did nothing for my hair (and yes, I gave them 2 months to kick in). I know it sounds gimmicky and insta-dumb, but Sugar Bear Hair is where it's at. It's honestly the only brand I have found that gives you results you can see and feel within the first week and actually helps my hair grow again. Only giving 2 stars for these because they do taste wonderful!

I have been taking this vitamin as recommended for about 7weeks and the only change I noticed is that my nails started breaking in very worrying ways right from below the nail line which gets painful as it gradually breaks off. I guess the possible side effect of nail breakage mentioned in the product overview applied to me. I bought 2 bottles of this gummies based on the high rating but I have to return the unopened bottle. Hopefully Sam's will still accept it seeing it is a consumable.

This supplement has both biotin and vitamin C. It's great. I hear that you need to take vitamin c so your body can consume biotin. (not sure if it is true). With the other product, I have to take an extra pill. Not with this one ( yeah). The gummies are delicious. Sometimes, I forgot it is a supplement not a real gummy 🤪.

Not to sure if they work yet I just started taking them today when my box came but I am hoping for the best. I will continue to buy these.
