These however did not have a terrible texture like normal gummy vitamins nor did they have a sickly sweet artificial taste. These were amazing and after using them for going on week two Im in love. Ive noticed an improvement in my hair, skin and nails. When I run out Ill definitely be stocking back up.

If you like gummy bears, you will like these! I would most definitely buy these again. I highly recommend. They are not too chewy either! Better then taking pills!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I actually take natures bounty hair skin and nails softgels everyday. Those you take 3 daily. Ive never tried the gummies before but I got these for free for testing purposes from my boss babe voxbox. I was really interested to see how they taste! I didnt like the taste much. I could definitely just chomp them down but overall not a fan of gummies. I definitely prefer the softgels they have and the product really does work to help hair skin and nails. Id say if you like gummy vitamins get these but if you like more of a quick throw down with water get the softgels. Either way I recommend because it does help with hair skin and nails

These are so affordable and have a great flavor. Biotin in pill form can have a weird aftertaste so these gummies are an excellent alternative. They are more affordable than olly and I find that they taste better and work just as well. They also have 80 gummies, so they last a decent amount of time.

I had COVID June 2021. My hair started falling out in August. By October, I had lost 1/2 of it. My doctor said it was because of my age (60, hormones). My hair dresser said, "Take biotin. It's COVID hair loss." I had these in the pantry and had been taking them randomly. I started taking them daily. By Oct '22, my hair dresser recommended thinning my hair again. Now, I am having it thinned about twice a year instead of 3 times. It took a while, but I saw new hairs starting to grow within a couple of months. I also noticed my nails getting stronger, which I had never really thought about.

I havent noticed a difference in my skin, nails, or hair yet but Im excited to see some improvement soon.

Also I cant tell if the product is actually helping my hair/skin/nails as promised. I would recommend because vitamins can be helpful for some people. However, not everyone needs them and it is more important to gain them from fruits and veggies rather than a gummy.

They taste great and have really improved my nails that used to be very weak and brittle. My hair has also seen improvement and the only change I made was by taking these vitamins. They are amazing!
