These vitamins do not only have a delicious taste, but it helps nurture your hair, skin and nails! I have not noticed big changes with this product but I believe that it is worth purchasing because it really helps grow your hair. I recommend!

I only took these for about a month, the time the bottle lasted and was not impressed. I didn't notice any change in my hair skin or nail health or growth. My daughter took them and noticed some improvement in her nails but nothing else. The taste was pleasant and the bottle easy to open. I assume they work for some and think they are worth a try before using a more expensive alternative.

Im not sure how I completely feel about the strawberry flavor it may be a little too sweet for my tasting. One other thing is the vitamin E is the synthetic version (dL-alpha-tocopheryl) and I wish it was the natural version (d-alpha-tocopheryl) but it is harder to find vitamins with the natural version, they dont differ much just slight personal preference for me.
