My nails are growing like normally and I dont see any change in my hair, Ive been using this for almost a month. I dont know if then it would be more effective with time. So that impressed me right off. These taste very good much better then some gummies I have tried. So also another plus. I do not have any results from taking these yet as I started about 3 days ago.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using a different form of this brand’s biotin supplement for quite some time now with good results, so I was excited to try the gummy version (because that’s way more fun than a pill tbh). The effectiveness seems similar, and it certainly tastes better, however, I had to knock off a star due to the vitamin C content. This is a very situational thing for me personally, as vitamin C interferes with a medication I take, and I have to limit how much I ingest and when. That said, as that’s not an issue for most people, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it for others who have trouble with pills or just want something more fun/tasty in their supplements.

This product is great for nail growth, I saw results within a week of using it. The gummies taste amazing, seriously- you wouldn't believe me if I said it were vitamins. They are relatively inexpensive, and can be found at any drugstore. As for hair growth, I haven't seen much progress, but I plan on continuing to take this for a few months.
