However, I have a nutrition background and one of my pet peeves is when they put over 100% of your daily recommended value... if its over 100% you urinate out the excess so thats a gimmick that people need to watch out for, especially with any vitamin like products. If youre looking to grow your hair this still could be a good product to use though and easy to take because it tastes good!

I honestly havent noticed much change in my hair quite yet although Ive only been taking it for a couple of weeks. They're not as fragile as they usually are, but they're also not as strong as I've had when taking other hair vitamins. My skin hasn't improved or gotten worse. I don't notice a change in my hair's condition or growth, but one bottle wouldn't be enough time to see a change in your hair anyway. Overall, these are decent and the gummies make it more enjoyable to remember to take every day. But if you're buying these with high expectations, I won't say these are worth it.
