However, The new gummy version are so much easier to take. I can just grab the amount I need and go. I highly recommend it. I received this product for free for testing purposes.

I did not particularly care for this product. It's possible that I am biased since I don't really like gummies but I received a free sample bottle and decided to try it for a month. I did not care for the taste and did not notice any improvement to my hair or nails. I do not recommend.
