It tastes good so I loom forward to taking them in the morning. So far it is meeting my expectations but it will take awhile before I see visible results.

The most important thing for me is the second thing Ill write about and thats taste, the taste is not so good compared to its competition. I bought my first bottle of this about three weeks ago and I am OBSESSED! First- they taste so good. They're seriously like candy. Second they are so easy to take, I love the gummy formulation. Finally after about three weeks I'm noticing that my nails are definitely feeling stronger! I think it's a little too early to tell any other results but I feel like it's working.

Hair skin and nails was a great tasting vitamin however, I did not notice anything for me on change with my hair growth or nail growth. That does not mean that would not work for anybody else. Just means I did not need them vitamins. Store package that keeps, the gummy sealed so they do not become dry or sticky.
