These hair, skin and nails vitamins are very tasty and almost addictive. I used them for a few months and the biggest change I noticed was in my nails. I don't typically eat poorly and am very meticulous about the foods I eat so maybe that's why I didn't see a huge change. I eventually stopped taking them and only use a multivitamin now but I would recommend this product with no reservations.

They do taste great but eating gummy vitamins just adds more sugar into your body that it doesn't need. If you feel like you need a vitamin I'd recommend taking a regular vitamin.

They taste so good that I actually look forward to taking my vitamins every day! It is a perfect strawberry flavor and they are very soft and silky. These chewable have a good texture and size. And they are good, been taking them for a while now. It helps my hair to look more shiny and thicker. A little expensive, but the big bottle last for a while. Package is easy to close to maintain them fresh for months.

I've tried a few different brands of hair, nails, and skin gummies before but never liked the taste much to continue using them. I decided to give these Nature's Bounty ones a try for a change and was surprised that they are really delicious and have a good texture as well. These have all the ingredients you need for healthy skin and hair such as Biotin, Zinc, Selenium, and also Collagen, which is difficult to find in vitamins. I've already noticed my skin is glowing, and I'm definitely going to carry on using these to see if there are further benefits from taking them longer term. A little bit expensive, but they taste great and are easy to take, so they will always be on repeat buy!
