They do have a great flavor and by the end of January I may be able to tell about the hair growth. I do notice stronger finger nails for sure!

I don't think vitamins should have sugar or corn syrup in them! I do like that they do not have dairy or artificial flavors! I have not noticed a huge difference in my hair but have noticed my nails are stronger. If you are looking for an easy to take vitamins supplement I would recommend this, if you stop at 2 for the day!

I was really worried about them not tasking good, but they are great! I also think the price point is very reasonable. I gave them a try but as a vegan I wouldnt buy. Also theres not a lot of vegan vitamin gummies out there so if they were made this way they could be a hit.
