They taste like strawberries and yogurt, the serving size it 2 a day but I could eat them all, I thing they have made my hair stronger as well wish is the point, but I think I need to take more to find out for sure

The only problem was, that I couldnt see much of a difference in my hair, skin, or nails. Ive been taking them for about two weeks so maybe it just needs a little more time. They tasted pretty good, and have definitely improved my hair texture and growth and nail strength and growth. I feel like my skin is a lot brighter than it was and has improved since I began using the gummies. I wouldn't say "eliminate your skin care daily" but this would be something to add into your daily self care.
