Always looking for ways to make my hair, skin, and nails as vibrant as possible and this was a tasty way to do so. Not wild about added sugars but the amount is negligible so this is a product I wouldnt mind adding as a regular supplement.

Right now my hair is braided so Ill have to wait until I take the braids out to see if theres a difference/if its grown. My skin hasnt changed (I still have some pimples/imperfections) and my nails are about the same. I definitely need to keep eating it to see if it actually works but it tastes really good.
