so far I am not noticing any big change in my hair skin or nail but I started taking these gummies recently. It's been a month. I liked the taste of it. I am scared to take Biotin pills as last I had very bad breakout. But these gummies are so far treating me good ..no breakout. Hope I start seeing some changes in hair and skin too. I started taking these for my hair back in 2015 and now it's a must have in my house. I even got my boyfriend to start taking them (as they are unisex) and he noticed that his dry skin and dandruff improved after the first few days. My hair is my temple and is the first thing people usually notice about me so these help me maintain it and helps my hair grow faster, same as my nails. My nails used to have white spots on them but then when I started taking these, the white spots went away after the first week. I definitely would tell anybody to start taking these just for the purpose that it actually does help your hair, skin and nails.

Okay for starters the taste of these gummies is not too great. I feel like with 2g of sugar per serving these should an amazing flavor but these are a little offputting. In terms of hair strength I did notice a little bit of improvement so it definitely does what it's supposed to do.
