Im huge on biotin supplements but sometimes the huge hard pills are so gross I avoid taking them. This solves that problem and you actually look forward to it. Ive never had any issue with natures bounty and always end up seeing good nail and hair growth

Its not hard to create sugar free gummies, real fruit tastes great! Its too soon to see a difference in my hair and nails, but here is a before pic of both. I will update after a months use.
