I picked these of because everyone was raving about the skin, hair & nail vitamins that I thought I would give them a try myself honestly I was not impressed I don't feel like they did anything really did not see a change could be I did not use the product long enough just got bored of taking them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got a sample bottle of these in my voxbox this month, but I have already been using them for a while and let me just say that NOTHING has made my hair and nails grow as fast as these gummies. I have always had very slow growing hair and I tried just biotin for a long time and never saw any results but these gummies are great. It takes about a month to start seeing results but once you do, it's pretty impressive.

Haven't noticed much with my hair though. They are affordable and you can find them easily. I would recommend. This product was sent to me for review.
