Ive only been taking them for about a week but my nails have grown super fast and my skin feels super smooth and clear! They do look a little weird if youre just looking at them just by the color. But definitely an easy step towards healthier hair skin and nails. I would definitely recommend this to friends and family looking to incorporate more biotin in their diets.

I was honestly not expecting them to taste as good as they do. In about a week, my nails have grown faster than ever. I think that these are a great addition to your daily vitamins.

I used these for 6 months and had NO improvement; my hair was thicker with more volume, my skin wasn’t more hydrated than normal, my nails weren’t growing faster or stronger. I spoke with my PCP and she said these are a joke. They don’t provide enough vitamins and minerals to even work, AND they are nothing but sugar! Learned my lesson.
