I take vitamins for my hair but usually in tablet form because I am very picky when it comes to gummy bear flavoring. However this product exceeded my expectations! I tried the Natures Bounty Hair Skin and Nails gummies a while back and although they had a nice flavor to them they didn't help me like I expected . I didn't really notice any growth in my hair and nails . I do like the fact they were gummies and not pills . They did have a nice flavor to them but I did not get any hair or nail growth
