The first time I tasted them I did not like them but for the sake of continuing to try it I kept taking them and I ended up loving them. The only thing I dislike about this product is that it has gelatin and since Im mostly vegan it turns me off from wanting to buy them again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nature's Bounty is a product which I tried with pleasure. Gummies are small shapes, soft, and they smell and taste very good. It was hard to dom't ate all of them. If you care about your diet - you can be calm - is't low calories. I tried them before and of course I can say that is good choice.

I currently take the 6,000mcg ones BUT this is the one i started with and I noticed hair growth within a couple of months of consistently taking it and I was genuinely really impressed. I always say not every vitamin works the same for others as it does for you but personally it did for me! But its worth trying because I seriously swear by this stuff! I also regularly get acrylics and even when they ate taken off my nails aren’t as brittle as they used to get after acrylics. But I always make sure I have a bottle — it’s a must-have in my morning routine!
