My nails were breaking and peeling before I started these and now, thing are completely different. My nails are noticeably stronger and healthier. I have just started taking them so I cannot say that I have noticed any improvement in my hair or nails. But, as someone who has difficulty swallowing pills, I find that the gummies are easy to take. A friend recommended these to me and her nails and hair look great.

These vitamins taste good and I saw results from them. I noticed my hair, skin and nails all looked healthier. I eat 2 in the morning. They are strawberry flavored gummies. I repurchased these vitamins as I believe they work and they are a good price. I recommend

I have bought these at several different stores and they seem to help a bit with my fingernails and hair growth. The last bottle I got from Sam’s Club, I had shipped to my house and they were stuck together like the others said and I am over halfway through a bottle and my nails are really thin and chipping and I haven’t noticed a difference in my hair or skin.

These do work .. its always better trying them 30 minuets on an empty stomach first thing in the morning. The taste isnt over powering like some others that I have tried nor does it stick to your teeth to the point where its annoying .. I would recommend this

I can't tell if my hair has grown or not since I'm wearing a protective style but these vitamins are great, and they taste good.
