I didnt really buy it again just because it wasnt the right time and I lost interest in growing my hair out. Lately Ive been searching all over for new ways to grow my hair and literally the night before I received this was looking up hair supplements. SOOO thankful this was sent to me Ive been taking 2 a day. So it will last me 40 days and I feel like I can already tell a difference. Tips to other people also trying to grow out their hair or make it thicker/healthier: WASH your hair with cold water!!! Stay as far away from heat products as possible. Try not to brush your hair when its wet and try to not use many damaging products on it. Im so excited to continue to see results from this product and will def be buying more when I run out
