Id say they they are significantly better than any other chewable vitamin I have used in the past and it was actually a struggle not to want to eat all of them at once. It smells a little funny when you open the container but the taste is much better than the smell. Its a light strawberry taste thats not too overpowering. Ive been impressed with other Natures Bounty products and hopefully with time my skin and nails will be better! I havent seen much of a difference yet though.

The difference in my hair retention and my nails were almost unbelievably. As someone with already low iron, the toll it took on my body had me struggling a bit with self esteem. I ultimately was not able to try them out because they had gelatin and it is against my religion to eat it. Although I was not able to try it myself, I gave them to a friend and she loved it!!
